Corporate culture

We place great value on nurturing and developing our corporate culture. We believe that we can only generate benefits for our customers and staff and draw on our full business potential through a strong and well established corporate culture.

The Mathys culture is documented in our Vision, Mission and in our five corporate values. These are globally binding and act as an conduct guideline for all our staff.

Our Vision and Mission depict, where we are going, and which skills we wish to use to reach these targets.

Our values were drawn up by twelve members of staff from various departments. They explain our expected behaviour and which attributes are of special value to us in our daily work.
