Now, while this may sound provocative, it's also entirely true, especially when it comes to orthopaedic surgery, where, considering such new OP techniques as MIS and computer navigation, education is vital to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. Younger colleagues are particularly dependent on training and continuing education that are as practical as they are forward-looking. Dr Rolf Haaker, adjunct professor and Head of the Orthopaedic Clinic in the city of Brakel in the west of Germany, is familiar with current problems in training and has developed some approaches worthy of attention. |
